Purpose: Vent 3D-printer fumes outdoors via flexible ducting.

Mechanism: Two-piece threaded clamp installs from both sides of the drilled opening for a tight, low-leak fit.

Outlet: 2 inch (≈50.8 mm) hose interface.

Closure: Screw blind cap fully seals when not in use.

Formats:

STL: The fixed canonical model.

3MF: Multiple pre-sliced and dimensioned variants for different hole diameters/glass (or wall) thicknesses.

Use Cases: Designed for windows; can be adapted for wall pass-through with anchors and sealant.

Picking the Right Variant

Measure the hole diameter.

Choose the variant whose inner diameter gives a slight clamp margin.

Match your glass/wall thickness to the 3MF variant notes.

Avoid uniform scaling; use the provided variants to preserve thread tolerances.

Print & Install Notes

PETG or ASA/ABS; 0.2–0.28 mm layers; ≥3–4 perimeters; 20–35% infill; supports usually unnecessary.Glass drilling is hazardous—use proper bit, low RPM, water cooling, PPE. For walls, use anchors and silicone sealant. Do not overtighten.
