Fire has always been said to be the first step on humanitys road to civilization. It has lit our way, warmed us in the coldest of enviroments and kept darkness at bay. There for it should be no suprise that even in the Grim future fire keeps our eternal city safe, spewed across the field in spouts dozens of meteres long, flame tanks are the final word in flame based warfare.
