It comes in seven parts (visible in different colors), allowing it to be printed large enough if possible, especially for FDM printers (I always find 3D print models too small). It should perform well with resin printers.

This model is an original design based on the Expanse novels, it appears in the seventh book: Persepolis Rising. The gathering trom s a fast destroyer warship fom Laconia. Without spoiling it, the ship becomes a a hero-ship like the rocinante in this third trilogy part of the Expanse. Hail to its authors akaJames S. A. Corey!

Without spoilers, the Gathering Storm appears in book 7 of the Expanse. It's a Laconian navy warship, fast attack destroyer of the Pulsar Class. Laconia is a militaristic authoritarian autocracy, it’s kind of trending these days too. In the Expanse story, this ship represents the transition phase between Martian engineering tradition of the Laconians and those revolutionary proto-molecule technologies they fully implement later.
