Mileena (pronounced / məˈliːnə / from Mortal Kombat II to Mortal Kombat Trilogy and / mɪˈliːnə / from later releases) is a character in the Mortal Kombat fighting video game saga. She is an assassin who masters teleportation and carries a pair of sais as main weapons, she is also Kitana's sister created by Shang Tsung at the request of Shao Kahn, making her first appearance in Mortal Kombat II (1993).

Mileena is the perfect combination of Edenian and Tarkatan DNA. In the 2011 reboot, a drastic personality change could be noticed from being more mentally unstable, not to mention that he now has cannibalistic tendencies. In contrast to his more mature version presented in Mortal Kombat X and its comics, where the character has a deeper development around his mandate as Kahn of Outworld and the rejection he receives as a result of his creation.
