yes cura is free

Hello, I use Cura for my models and I haven't had any problems. I've even printed almost all the gargoyle models. Send me photos of the problem in a message so I can see if it gives me some options.

I am having issue with slicing this stl. I've tried multiple times, and it won't work. I use chitibox most of the other gargoyles will slice with no problem a couple of others have issue like this also. I hope the designer responds to this. what do you suggest?
