15 Broad St is a 551ft (168m) tall skyscraper in New York City. Other names include the Equitable Trust Building and Downtown by Philippe Starck. Located at the intersection of Broad St and Wall St, the building towers over the section of Manhattan's Financial District that most people picture when they hear the words Wall St. Attached to the skyscraper is a neoclassical lowrise building at 23 Wall St that was completed in 1913. The Art Deco tower was completed over a decade later in 1928. Both buildings were designed by Trowbridge & Livingston. The later addition mimics some of the architectural stylings of its predecessor, particularly at the street level. Upon the building's completion, it was one of the largest office buildings in the world. It has since been converted to a luxury residential building.

Sometime in the 1950s, the tower's stepped roof was covered in a steel enclosure to contain air conditioning units and other mechanical equipment that was added. This model depicts the building as it was originally designed, before these additions.
