It’s a zBrush sculpt model, meant to be 3D printed. Though you could also use it for other purposes with a simple bake.

Files include a version with only the pendant and no handle on top, another version with a basic ring-handle, and the original original render file in Blender.

There’s also a .SVG file included, in case you wish to more easily expand upon the design.
