Dear Sir/Madam, On the 27th of September 2021, I purchased the model of your Earring 52 3D model. We tried to print the STL file version of the Earring 52, but we were unable to print it because the ring in the STL file was in separate meshes. I wanted to ask if you can please send me the STL file version of the Earring 52 3D model with everything merged into one body and export it as a single closed mesh? Hi, I just checked the files. There is no problem with stl files. 2 piece st. Both parts are solid. Are you sure you tried printing with stl sir ?
