How to Measure:

Measure the height of your ear (top rim to lobe).

Measure the curve length along the outer ear edge.

Compare to the model height in your slicer.

If needed:

• Scale uniformly 95–105% for better fit• Print a low-infill draft test first

Everyone’s ear shape is different — minor scaling is normal.

Use a hairdryer or heat gun (low setting).Gently warm the inner curve.Adjust carefully to your ear shape.Hold in place until cooled.

Do NOT overheat — gradual adjustment works best.
