The reversible case, crowns, setting lever, hour/minute hands and folding clasp are all hand-engraved with swirls and arabesques all over. The front dial combines Grand Feu champlevé and cloisonné enamel finishes. This second most difficult Patek Philippe wristwatch (12 complex functions) comes with a matching pair of cufflinks.
