DWG and STL files for PLA cap and PVC foam sheet cap for rectangular steel pipe 50mm x 40mm x 2mmIt is tested by me in print mode and in cut mode.Please pay attention to the details of your printer settings: print material, print speed and print temperature. In this model I use 100% fill density for printing and the material is PLA.For the cutter I use a PVC foam sheet with 15mm thickness and use a mill with 3.175mm thickness. The cutting speed is 50mm/s and the cutting spindle speed is 18000 rpm.
