Box/case with rotating lid.

Usually prints with movable parts require separate objects to be printed and glued or locked together.This design allows for interlocked parts from different objects to be printed together in the same print!

The hinges have ample space between them and generate a very small amount of supports, the rotation is ensured by the direction which the pivots are pointing at. Just remove visible supports, apply a tiny force on the lid to free it from residual material and voilà: the box is ready!

In addition to the care put into the design and tests performed, the print requires very little material and is very fast(18g and 2 hours on test prints)
