DESCRIPTION

This is a working power generator.

The rotor spins upwards to 4000rpms and produces about 40 volts, with no load.

I have not yet measured, but its close to 15 watts...

Use the attached 3D Studio Max-file to see finished assembly for now.

Got this bad boy up and running! However my build looks different to this model, as the 3d model supplied, has random cogs and incomplete parts. So i reworked it a bit. How do i post pics here?

You should be able to retrieve information from the 3dmax object. Then all instruction is irrelevant as you will have the 3d object to see how it work and how the internal component should be assemble...
