Wingfoil Parawing Lowkite Hook 3D print model

This lightweight and flexible wingfoil hook is perfect for riders looking for a minimalist setup without a bulky harness. It attaches directly to an impact vest or belts with non-removable buckles. The adjustable screw lets you choose whether the hook moves freely or stays fixed in place. Available in two width options (27mm and 55mm) to fit different belt sizes.

Born out of necessity, this hook was designed from scratch after failing to find a compatible solution for my ION impact vest. Created using Plasticity, it blends functionality with a unique, elephant-inspired shape.

This hook is optimized for impact vests with narrow straps and works best with stiff harness lines. Not designed for heavy-duty use like windsurfing or kiteboarding.

• Material: TPU
• Layer Height: 0.2 - 0.25 mm
• Infill: Rectangular, 70-100% (adjust for flexibility)
• Print slow for best results
• Supports are not needed if printed flat (depends on your printer)

• Insert an M4 Hex Nut (stainless steel for saltwater).
• Attach with an M4x16 Socket Head Cap Screw (DIN 912).
• Tighten to allow movement or fix in place.
