Repteel was Dr. Luther Paradigm's second attempt at creating a rival for the Street Sharks by using a human test subject. Mr. Cunneyworth is the aged owner and hotel manager of a run-down hotel that was accidentally demolished by the Street Sharks during a fight with Paradigm's Seaviates. With no other relatives to live with, Mr. Cunneyworth willingly allowed Dr. Paradigm to merge his genetic codes with those of a moray eel and an electric eel. As Repteel he feeds on electricity and shoots miniature eels from his hands (which are also charged with electricity).
