I did this design the past year for selling printed copies only, and toy is the day to share it with the rest of the world.I'm not the first of doing a lava fall for the Masters of the Universe Snake Mountain (Vintage and Origins), so I did my version with upgrades, inspired by the 200X cartoons I added an alternative top with a big snake head like it was spiting the lava itself.

The divided snake head was only meant for small printers.

• The short lava flow piece was intended for Origins (a bit taller than vintage) version.

All the set is modular and hollowed, so you won't need to print all the lava fall at once. Also, you can shorter the piece by using base and head only or make the lava flow as tall as you want, attaching more modules.

It was intended to be printed in dyed resin instead of painting it, that's why there are versions with separated base and snake head. For the lava color, I used orange fluo powder in great amounts mixed with white and/or clear resin.

The separated snake head version has pegs and sockets for easier attaching, however before printing some of those many pegs broke, so don't worry about that, the most important part is to cover all the seams using the same resin and curing it manually with an UV lamp.

It was also designed with the backlight idea in mind, that's why there are holes at the base and head for placing a led strip.
