This product has 4 print files of various peices that can be fully assembled into a working hand held crossbow. A string is not provided and must be sourced on your own. I recommend a string that does not stretch as thats what I tested with. Though rubberbands could also work. I recommend using PLA plastic.

OBJ files are available as well as Cura files.

Print instructions

Use the Cura files for quick printing.It is recommended to print the 4 files separately for the best quality.This model has been printed and tested multiple times. Using a 0.6mm Tip showed some of the best results for quick printing.The model can be fully assembled with the parts printed. The only part that you will need to source is the string.

The print should be done with no supports and 30% to 40% infill is acceptable.

It is recommended to put 1 layer of electrical tape or tape of similar thickness around the center of the bow piece, This will stop it from sliding and create a tight fit.

Use the images in the post to help with assembly, A small hammer and a hard flat surface will help with assembly. Lightly tap the pins into place to secure them.They should be snug enough to not require glue, that being said, if there are issues with pins falling out then apply glue to where you see fit.

When putting on a string, ensure the string is tight on the bow, the tighter the string, the more power the bow has.Tightening the bow sting too much may cause strain on the parts and could result in breakage. If you’re struggling to put the loops around both ends,then it’s probably too tight.
