How easy would this model be to upscaled to be 28mm scale? So it would need to be around 500% bigger if its only 150mm tall

Theoretically, the model can be enlarged, but I doubt that the result will be good.
The model's details will become very difficult to print, and with such dimensions, the entire model will need to be redesigned.
