5 degrees of freedom with special designed ball joint and height adjusting rod!

Variable base dimensions(104,110,123,132mm diameter)(4.1,4.32,4.84,5.2)Variable base patterns(Gear shaped,world embossed and i will add more)Variable cover patterns(Saturn, Atiye etc.)Variable holding part(simple and self gripper)Stable in any positions(i am using 110mm diameter gear shaped base but 123mm recommended)107.5mm(4.23) wide maximum grip and 73.4mm(2.89) minimum grip.

Mechanism assembly guide available in the files.All contact surfaces should be clean(please grind all that surfaces inorder to get nice fittings)Ball joint should be printed horizontally in order to overcome the shear stress(if you print it vertical layers will be seperated after a time).I have used 28mm(1.1diameter elastic but 25mm(1) will be better.No need to generate support for grippers, print them seperately.Front cover(minimum support area=1mm^2 for the clips), adjustable stick and ball joint must be printed with supports.

Note: Fixed flat pla spring removed from the design, elastic deformation was good but fails after a time. Simple elastic better and cheaper.
