How to Measure for Proper Fit:

Calf Circumference:Measure around the widest part of your calf over any clothing or padding you plan to wear.

Shin Length:From just below your kneecap to the top of your ankle bone.

Ankle Circumference:To confirm the tapered fit near the bottom edge.

_Tip: Leave 1–2 cm extra space for comfort and movement. Resize uniformly in your slicer to maintain proportions._

Printer Settings:

Layer Height: 0.16–0.2 mm for smooth surfaces and sturdy layers

Infill: 20–30% for wearable durability

Supports: Required under ridges, layered plates, and embossed details

Orientation: Print upright or in split sections to fit your printer bed

Material Recommendations:

PETG: More flexible and impact-resistant for active use
