One of the four main bosses in the city of Mahabre, and in comparison to the other she is pretty unique because we fight her in a dream sequence. The skin granny herself is a myth in the land of Oldegard which is pretty much the nordic region. The fight at first seems pretty easy because all we see is a frail old woman, but at the end of the first turn the screen goes black and then she transforms. When forced into her second phase, Skin Granny sheds the frail appearance of an elderly woman and transforms into something far more grotesque. Her body becomes a raw, skinless mass of exposed flesh and muscle, highlighting the game’s signature blend of body horror and surreal dread.
