My Hero Academia is a manga written and illustrated by Kōhei Horikoshi. It is based on a one-shot made by the same author and published in the fifth volume of the Ōmagadoki Dōbutsuen manga under the name My Hero. On January 11, 2015, a VOMIC based on the manga was released.
