The model was poorly put together. The “You” of the model was floating where the rest of the letters were attached. The outer heart layers were hollow and extremely flimsy. The back of the heart also had two holes. The base of the heart also wasn’t present when sliced. I had to spend a couple hours rebuilding the heart and letters in order to make it printable.
