Fairy tale - Tinkerbell fan art

Fairy tale - Tinkerbell fan art 3D print model

Description

UPDATE 07/22/2021 : did a full recut of the part as there was a few issues joining them together. Added a full body file (without the wings) for SLA printers as it's easier to print with this technology

A 20cm statue of Tinkerbell in a more mature version than usual but without excessive sexualization.

Peter Pan was originally a character in JM Barrie's adult novel The Little White Bird, published in 1902. Due to the success of this character, which appeared in only a few chapters, JM Barrie made him the hero of 'a play he wrote in 1904: Peter Pan or the Boy Who Didn't Want to Grow Up (Barrie then adapted it into another much better known novel: Peter Pan and Wendy). The play introduces for the first time the characters of Captain Hook, Wendy and, therefore, tinkerbell / tinkerbell.

This turned out absolutely beautiful! I printed Tink's body it in light brown Overture PLA with .2 layers and 20% infill and 2 perimeters. I did the hourglass with the same settings except in gold. I had some transparent PETG that I used for her wings. I did not think she was proportional to the hourglass so I printed her again at 120%. Thant did it! Once I get some paint on her, I will update with a few photos.
