Roley from bob the builder 3D print model

This model is a replica of Roley from the famous cartoon Bob the Builder.

This model is fully functional and can be printed using single color printer. The road roller wheels are movable.

Supports are required for few parts.Model is scalable.5 color filaments are required (green, white, Orange, silver and black).

For assemblyPush Rear wheel rim1 into Rear wheel (Match holes). Push Rear wheel rim2 into other side of Rear wheel.Push assembled Rear wheel into Body (It clicks in).Use Frame pin2 to connect Frame. push Siren1 &Siren2 into the Frame.Now connect Frame to body using Frame pin1 (Frame is designed such that it can be rotated front and back).Push Eyes2 & Eyes3 into Eyes1. Then push Eyes1 into Body.Push Wheel frame into Body (Ensure it clicks in). Push Forward wheel rim onto both sides of Forward wheel and then connect it to the Wheel frame using Wheel screw & Wheel nut.Connect Mouth1 & Mouth2 to the Body.
