Samara Morgan is a fictional character in The Ring, The Ring Two and Rings. This is the American version of Sadako Yamamura from the Japanese film series Ringu. The film tells the story of journalist Rachel Keller decides to investigate the death of her niece and discovers that four teenagers died mysteriously seven days after watching a video with scary images. Now she tries to solve the mystery and prevent the prophecy from happening, since she and her son also watched the video.
