Lifeguard Tower Low-poly 3D model

American Beach Lifeguard Tower, in the style of the towers present in Miami, Malibu, etc.
The high quality model, with high amount of polygons, created in blender, and textured in gimp and blender, using high quality textures with color base, roughness, normal map and displacement.

The model has PBR textures, with the number of:

• 57,404 Faces,
• 57,816 Vertices,
• 114,776 Triangles

This is a textured model with all materials applied and available separately and compressed with rar, for ease of use, ideal for use in realistic scenes, high quality renders like beach backgrounds, etc.
Or even some high quality game. But obviously you are free to use it however you see fit.

The model doesn't even have a ngon, just Quads, well modeled to avoid any kind of problem in use, or even in re-texturing if you choose to do so
(it is NOT necessary to texture, all textures are available for download).

Clear topology without artifacts, holes, overlapping polygons and so on. All materials and textures are smartly named with PBR materials.
No cleanup is required, just place your models in the scene and start rendering, or use them as you see fit.
