HISTORICAL NOTE: The SM UC-65 was a German Type UC II U-boat of the Imperial German Navy (Kaiserliche Marine) during World War I. She was commissioned 7 November 1916 as SM UC-65. The UC-65 was credited with sinking 105 ships, either by torpedo or mine-throwing. UC-65 was torpedoed and sunk by HMS C15 on 3 November 1917.
