It is fully textured.PT boats were a variety of torpedo-armed fast attack craft used by the United States Navy in World War II to attack larger surface ships. PT is the US hull classification symbol for Patrol Torpedo.

Every one of these models is wrong, way wrong. The model is based on the old Elco 77 foot boats (numbered up to PT-69). Anything beyond that were either Higgins 78 footers or Elco 80 footers, both totally different from the Elco 77 footers.
