The model is a scale reproduction of an old 6m long typical sail fishing boat, as generally used in Spain and Mediterranean sea for mussels and shells fishing activities.The powerfull hand operated whinch was used to advance the boat on the mooring place, pulling behind the boat a set of two-three shell fishing equipments, scraping the sea sandy bottom.

The model is effectively a lowpoly one whose file dimension is lower then 1.5Mb, reaching 3Mb only, when detailed textures and landscape are added. Ten texture images have been used for a total of 1.85Mb.

The boat model is given here with brown sail, but, as original sail texture is white, it is very easy to show it in white, or change it to a different color.Some sample images are shown with white sail ad with changed hull color too (diffuse cyan).

A very similar boat, whose name is Spanish Fishing Row Boat, is also published on this Site, mainly being a simplified version with no sailing equipment and with the addition of some fisshing tool.
