Nicely textured real world scaled lo-poly model that imported into Blender 3.1.2 after first converting the FBX import file to version 7.1 using the free Autodesk FBX Converter App. The FBX file would not load into Blender 3.1.2 until after the conversion was made. Minor issues: Only JPG diffuse color textures were provided and the model was not real world scaled, so I had to rescale it. I am a model railroading hobbyist who creates freeware 3rd party mod content for the Trainz Railroad Simulator (TRS19). I use purchased 3D models on my own created freeware routes and share it with other TRS19 route creators, but only under the license provisions. I exported this model into Trainz Railroad Simulator 2019 (TRS19) and it looked exactly as it should and was trouble free. Recommendations for the creator of this model: Update the FBX file to at least version 7.1 and provide PBR textures maps which would greatly enhance this model. I am very pleased with the overall quality and appearance of this lo-poly model and recommend it to others!
