I purchased it and downloaded an .obj file. I imported it into Blender and the textures do not load, plus the building is all one solid piece! Waste of money.

Very nicely textured model that imported into Blender 3.3.1 with no problems using the provided FBX import file. Minor issues: (1) Not real world scaled so I had to re-scale it and (2) no PBR textures provided just mainly tga textures which I had to convert to png files. I am a model railroading hobbyist who creates freeware 3rd party mod content for the Trainz Railroad Simulator (TRS22). I use purchased 3D models on my own created freeware routes and share it with other TRS22 route creators, but only under the CGTrader license provisions. I exported this model into Trainz Railroad Simulator 2022 (TRS19) and it looked exactly as it should and was trouble free. Overall I am very pleased with the quality and appearance of this model and recommend it to others!
