This is a high quality industrial railway maintenance wagon 3D model designed for games, real time engines, visualization, and cinematic scenes.

The model was first created in SketchUp, then imported into Blender where the mesh was properly cleaned and optimized. High quality PBR textures were applied and the model was rendered inside Blender to achieve realistic results, as shown in the preview images.

The asset is game ready and optimized to work smoothly in most modern game engines without errors. It has been exported in multiple commonly used formats to ensure maximum compatibility. The SketchUp file was also converted to Datasmith format, which fully supports Unreal Engine workflows.

Included file formats exported from Blender are FBX, OBJ, DAE, GLB, and other standard formats. The FBX file was tested in Marmoset Toolbag and a real time viewer was created so clients can carefully inspect the model before purchasing. All textures are packed separately in a zip folder named resources.
