DESCRIPTION

The model of a hybrid hover bike with a unique and very logical construction which makes it possibly the best flying motorcycle on the market! However, this time there is a side car!

Any real motorcycle is subject to customising and this one is no exception. The rectangular frame can be easily extended, cut and extruded.

The twin-cylinder engine can be replaced as well as it's fuel tank and seats. The sidecar can be detached of course, the sidecar shell can be detached too and replaced by something you may find useful - like a machine gun :)

The model is good for presentations, games, cartoons, movies and for those that like complicated technical objects. it would be an interesting task to write a script in Unity, for example, for each moving part of that motorcycle to make them all work together.

  • The model is scaled for an average humanoid type model about 160-190 cm tall.
  • The main idea was to make it convenient and interesting for all kind of animation including POV.
  • The throttle is traditionally behind the handlebar and the form of the handle bar is designed to simplify the animation process. In fact any part of the hover bike can be animated - rotors, arrows on the dashboard, etc.
  • Almost all textures are hand-made and are, in fact, only solid colours - red, back, etc. all materials are max standard, not physical.
  • All objects in the scene are correctly linked and are linked to the main object, the hover bike itself.
  • Objects in the scene do not support additional subdivision (turbosmooth or meshsmooth).
  • The model comes with a short 220 frame demo animation including biped animation. Please see the preview avi. The biped is rather tall - almost 182 cm.
  • We didn't animate the throttle levers, buttons on the handlebar, arrows, drive shaft and fuel tank cap. All rotation controllers are set to linear except for the rotors.
  • The native model format is 3DS Max 2019.
  • The hover&sidecar_noanim.max file contains no biped and no animation as we don't know in which application you plan to use it.
  • The file was exported in FBX format which is also included.
  • One of the avi previews was done in Max, the other one in Unity.

Please put all files into the same folder. Depending on the application and the file format you may need to reassign textures used in materials.

thank you and enjoy :)
