DESCRIPTION

Model of a futuristic space observatory

The model has a futuristic design and is suitable for space scenes, scenes on other planets and any theme about the future

  • The mobile observatory has six axes
  • All axles have a modeled chassis
  • Each axle has two shock absorbers
  • The axles are connected to an electric motor for each axle and at the same time it is a differential
  • The model has a frame to which the entire chassis is attached
  • On the roof there are two solar panels and two satellite dishes for communication
  • The model has four opening doors that open upwards. The doors have the correct axes to open 90 degrees.
  • On the outside of the model near the driver and passenger, there is a platform and stairs for quick exit from the vehicle
  • The main entrance to the observatory is accessible via an elevator platform. The elevator is controlled using a control panel near the platform. The platform mechanism is telescopic and intuitive (the preview shows how it should rise and fall)
  • To exit the observatory, there are control panels near the doors, the same as those outside
  • The model has headlights and rear lights and a cooling grille at the front
  • The model has aggressive tires for better cross-country ability
  • The model has a relatively detailed interior for a crew of four. Driver and assistant, and two research assistants who are located at the back of the observatory where the computer department is located
  • The computer department has two places for two employees. They have five curved monitors (computers), and there is a keyboard next to each computer. The monitors are equipped with a glowing Vray material with a futuristic interface texture (textures are included with the 3Dmax file archive)
  • 3D Max archives have two files. One model file with closed doors, the other with open ones. In the model file with open doors there is also a lowered lift for the entrance to the observatory, so that it is clear how and how much you need to lower and raise the lift!
