DESCRIPTION

Sweet cotton wool, or sugar candy - a culinary product, sweetness, reminiscent of the type of cotton wool (hence the name). It is prepared from melted sugar, poured through a sieve onto a rotating cold metal drum or cone. During the preparation, thin threads are formed, which are collected in a lump. If the sugar syrup is tinted with food colorings, then the sweet sugar candy becomes color.
