I created a map similar to map in among us in 3d. You can animate charackter I add bones there so it is easy. I also made a short animation on camera and walk of one charackter. It is great for example for creating a game in Unity. I am not expert on texture so you can improve it. When you buy it I can help with some problems you could have or I cna give you hints.
