Two different pools with different umbrellas and sunbeds around. Around the sunbeds and inside the expensive cabins that are covered with sheets you can find two different coffee tables. Also there is a bridge that connects one of the pool to the ground. If you want a night scene, the pools have lights in the water which you can see on the preview images. In addition one of the pools have stairs.

To see the render settings and lighting setup you can check the Blender scene. And in Unity if you want to see the materials just drag and drop the fbx file. Water and the cabins contain transparent materials and might not be transferable to Unity so you might have to add in transparency inside Unity to those objects.
