An underestimated classic, this one can be much more flexible! Additional usage comes down to impact shots for shiney objects (like a Sherif badge) as well as shiney background objects (like a shield in a storeroom). Also ideal for fancy dinner sets, camping equipment, etc.
You might say, but it's brown and blue, it won't make sense, but guess what! I added hue controls so you can use these in whatever color environment you prefer!
Not only that, I also did a toon version that allows you to use this on toon objects, like cars or bikes, or anything else that is highly chromed. AND, if you want to mix it with real reflections, that option is there too!
Included:
- Desert Chrome - Objects
- Toon Chrome
MAJOR DESIGN
Both Toon- and Desert Chrome have separate normals for the real reflections and for the chrome effect. This is to allow wavy lines, without warping your reflections! Or, if you're happy with the material itself, only warp the reflections.
If you're looking for more metal options in anime, then you can check out my Metal Shader that also has strong chrome elements:

And my Shine shader for that extra pop:

Be sure to check out the preview videos!! :D
Usage:
- Simply append the material and attach to your objects.
- They are not tied to any specific objects (aside from the active camera), but instead, tied to the glossy shader's results. They will work with whatever shape is there.
