Single neuron:

This is a single neuron model in 3ds max,OBJ and FBX format.

Package contains flowing items (provided in 2 zip archives);

  • One 3ds max file version 2016 containing a neuron 3D model with texture coordinates and animated texture (black and white alpha/mask AVI file and or in jpg sequence 22 frames), simulating neuron firing (sinaps effect), also includes a basic albedo color texture and normalmap 2048X2048 pixels + environment 800X600 pixels showing translucent cells and veins.
  • Two additional formats OBJ and FBX files for import into other major 3D software, including basic material/textures attached.
  • One 3ds max file version 2010 containing neuron 3D model (older version) with no texture coordinates, setup with Vray2 procedural shaders, and OBJ file for import into other major 3D software, including a texture environment 800x600pixels.

Note: The 3ds max file is setup with animated AVI texture, time of neuron firing can be easily controlled altering starting interval (see Vimeo preview on top), easily make multiple copy's and change time intervals to simulate a network of firing neurons.
