The brass head, cast using the lost wax technique, is slightly smaller than life-size and highly naturalistic. It features a complex crown with three layers: horizontal discoidal beads with a red-painted tassel, vertical tubular beads with tassels, and red-painted rosettes. A beaded arc with red-painted feathers runs around the forehead, while the back has a neck cover with plaitwork and red rosettes. A crest above the crown consists of a conical roundel with concentric rings and a plaitwork element.
The face is elongated with vertical striations, small almond-shaped eyes, sharply defined eyebrows, and unstriated lips. Multiple holes are present around the jaw, upper lip, and neck. The neck features skin crease grooves and pierced holes, with a large irregular hole on the right side of the jaw.
