A potted plant made in Blender 2.81

It has pretty good topology, can be used in games and realistic scenes. The pot itself is highly detailed but the leaves are, well to be honest, not that well detailed. So if you want only the pot or the pot and dirt for instance, every component is seperated in the FBX format.
