Little information about the grenade:

The Russian hand grenade RGD-5 is a compact and widely used defensive fragmentation grenade. It was developed during the mid-20th century and has been a standard issue for Russian and Soviet armed forces, as well as being exported to various other countries. The RGD-5 is designed primarily for defensive purposes, such as clearing enemy positions, fortifications, or stopping enemy advancements.

The RGD-5 has a distinctive spherical shape with a grooved exterior that provides a better grip for throwing. It measures about 87mm in height and 60mm in diameter, making it relatively compact and easy to carry. The grenade typically weighs around 330 grams.

The RGD-5 is armed by removing a safety pin, which activates the delay mechanism. This delay allows the user to throw the grenade before it detonates, giving them time to take cover. Upon detonation, the RGD-5 releases a high-velocity cloud of metal fragments, making it effective at causing casualties and damage within its blast radius.
