What would you recommend the settings being in UE4? I'm getting UV overlapping.

Hello :) we checked this model works in UE4 without overlapping when you directly import and apply the texture.

What settings did you use in the import options?

Hello :) we don't use a particular setting option. If you are having issues while importing the model you might have changed the default settings. When the import options screen opens there will be a reset to default option you need to choose that and then click the import option. Afterwards, you can apply the texture. If you still have problems please make sure that the Texture Coordinate in Material Editor ( U Tiling = 1 , V Tiling = 1 )
