DESCRIPTION

Build your own underground Military Facility :)

This Buildingkit comes with:

TEXTURES BAKED IN 4K: The Textures are Applied to the Mesh and its ready to be exported in your prefered file format (GTLF etc.) A few textures such as lamps or the robo visor got placeholder materials, so you can add your own emissions. The Glas of the floor can be colored too to fit the dirt surroundings which is up to you (use color ramp in blender).

BLEND_FILE: Each object got its own blend file except some of the gapfillers (23 blend files), i recommend using the asset library in case you want to build in blender :)

SOCKETS (EMPTY): So you know where most parts of the set can be snapped together. Pivot Points are mostly set at corners (for rotation and snapping) Also there are sockets in the center of multiply objects, such as fans or wheels in case you want to add animations such as rotation. The doors can be opened if you add animation.

SAMPLE_SCENE (without materials): HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO CHECK IT before building your own. Its helpful to see where the mesh got snapped

Further Information:

If you build wrong, it eventually can be fixed, I added gapfillers to this kit. I recommend that you start building with the walls adding pillars between them, then the floor and lastly the ceiling.

The Buildingkit mostly got modules that measure 400x400 cm or fillers that measure 25x25 cm or 400x25 cm etc. The 400x400 cm Floor it supposed to be surrounded with gapfillers so its actually 425 cm. While the pipe floor has measures of 425x425 cm. The walls have got a measure of 400x400, if you add a pillar next to it, it will be 425 cm to fit the floor lenght. Its important to compare in the sample build how to snap the big curves to pillars. If you want an easy build, then dont go for a concretepillar edge build, just use the big curves included in the package only for corners. The doors got simple measures that allow you connecting another room on the other side.

The Set Is lowpoly till midpoly depending on what module you use. For example the main walls without fan got around 600 faces, while most other parts are around 2000-7000 faces per module. An exception is the door which uses around 42000 (without pipes and lamps its ca 10000)

In case you want to use it in a game engine i recommend unreal 5 since I tested a few parts of it there already. Also U5 offers nanite.

You are welcome to use this in any commercial product you like, just dont resell it.

Enjoy building :)
