DESCRIPTION

This model has been inspired by the famous KTO Rosomak. The texture represents one of the camouflage patterns for this vehicle.

  • The model itself was done in such a way to be suitable for easy rigging and animating. This means that the parts that are usually animated are separate objects (wheels, cupola, turret).

To change the texture (in Blender) all you have to do is select a different texture under the Skin material.

This model does not include a modeled interior.

The KTO Rosomak (Kolowy Transporter Opancerzony Wolverine) is an 8×8 wheeled armored personnel carrier developed in Poland under license from the Finnish Patria AMV, tailored to meet the demands of modern mechanized infantry. Entering service with the Polish Armed Forces in the mid-2000s, the Rosomak has been continuously modernized to enhance its protection, mobility, and combat capability. Designed for rapid deployment and versatility across varied terrain, it features modular armor that can be upgraded to protect against small arms, mines, and IEDs. Armed variants, such as the IFV configuration, are equipped with the Hitfist-30P turret, mounting a stabilized 30mm autocannon and coaxial machine gun, with advanced optics and fire control systems that allow accurate fire on the move, day or night. Some versions also include anti-tank guided missiles, remote weapon stations, and battlefield management systems for networked operations. Deployed in missions from Afghanistan to NATO exercises, the KTO Rosomak combines high mobility, survivability, and adaptability, making it a reliable platform for both conventional combat and peacekeeping operations.
