The .blend file contains both the high poly and the low poly meshes, although 4k textures are only available for the high poly one. The low poly knife has the same procedural shaders I used to bake the high-resolution maps still plugged in, if you need the maps for it as well proceed to UV unwrap the model and follow a tutorial online on how to bake the textures. It's very easy and straightforward, or you could just use it like that. If you need a different file format don't hesitate to request it :)
