Uv
Mapping without overlaps, pading 16px, texel density for 4k textures is 2530 px / m, texel is uniform, all shells are aligned on axes and without distortion, textures can be compressed to 2048px without much loss of detail
Bake
Baking in Marmoset and adapted for substance painter, the distance between the shells is completely filled with padding.

Textures made in Substance Painter and exported in pbr preset (normal_map for GL).
