The mesh is made in a blender, origin (pivot) is in the center of coordinates and all transforms are applied
Uv
Mapping with overlaps, pading 16px for 4096, texel density for 4k textures is 1320 px / m, texel is uniform, all shells are aligned on axes and without distortion, textures can be compressed to 2048px without much loss of detail
Bake
Baking in Marmoset and adapted for substance painter. the distance between the shells is completely filled with padding.
Textures
Textures made in Substance Painter and exported in pbr preset (normal_map for GL)
Render
All image rendered in Blender (Cycles) and all stuff saved in other collection, render extension 2560 * 1440
Export
mesh - fbx, obj, Blend, Textures - PNG.
