Historical Note: The carronade (also known as crushers) was a type of cannon made of cast iron manufactured for the British Royal Navy between 1770 and the mid-nineteenth century. Its main function was to be used as a short-range weapon in combat between ships. Very used in British merchant ships during the War of Independence of the United States.

It was a light weapon that needed a few men to handle it and had a high destructive power at close range. A carronade was shorter and lighter than a long-barreled one: a 32-pound weighed less than a ton. They were widely used on the upper deck of ships.

- This model can be used with the development of video games, visualization in architectural constructions (fortresses, forts and castles) and ships.
